How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes up to 4 working days . However, for custom-made items, delivery times may vary: Premium shoe models take up to 4 weeks, Deluxe models up to 6 weeks. For belts, delivery times are usually 10-21 days, but can be significantly less.

Can I return my order?
Yes, belts, standard products and standard models of shoes can be returned within 20 days of receipt.
When it comes to shoes, please follow the instructions and slowly get used to the new products. If there are any major fitting errors or manufacturing defects, we will of course exchange them.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email to. We will send you a withdrawal form that you can send back to us together with the product. Once we have received the package, we will process your return or exchange and refund the amount to your original payment method.
How do I find the right size for my shoes and belt?
For our standard models , you can simply choose your usual shoe size. For premium or deluxe models , there is no size information, as these are made individually for you based on your 3D scan .

Why is the FeetF1rst website currently blocked?
FeetF1rst is currently undergoing a major overhaul and will be available again in January 2025.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept common payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, American Express and Sofortüberweisung.
How can I check the status of my order?
Log in to your customer account to track the status of your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation via email.
Are there bulk orders?
Yes, we also offer bulk orders where discounts and design changes are possible. Contact us for more information and a customized quote.
Can I choose a custom metal buckle and leather color for my belt?
Yes, we offer two types of metal buckles and a deluxe steel buckle on most belts. We also have an increasing number of leather colors to choose from in our range.
If you still can't find the belt you want, contact us - perhaps we can make one especially for you and it will soon be in our range!
Do you offer personal customization for your shoes?
Yes, we offer personal adjustment of our shoes (and this trend is increasing). We differentiate between the Premium model , where the fit is precisely tailored to your feet using 3D scanning technology to ensure maximum comfort and precision.
We also offer the Deluxe model on request , which is customized just like the Premium model. However, here you can also choose the leather color and sole design (leather or rubber) according to your wishes.
Please note that these two models require a longer production time, unlike our standard models , which are not personally customized and can be with you after just 2 weeks.
How do I order a Deluxe model?
The Deluxe model is only available on request.
Contact us by email and we will check whether the conditions are met. We will then send you a form for further coordination in which we will record your individual wishes together - from the choice of leather to sole options and possible design adjustments.
The production time is approximately 6 weeks to ensure that every detail is implemented perfectly.
How does the 3D scan work to adjust the shoes?
The 3D scan accurately captures the shape of your feet and helps our craftsmen create your shoes to fit perfectly. The process is quick and ensures that the finished product is perfectly tailored to your individual measurements.
Where can I do the 3D scan?
Thanks to our partnership with FeetF1rst, you have several options for having the 3D scan done for your custom shoes . FeetF1rst offers multiple locations as well as mobile options to make the scan as flexible as possible. Please contact us or FeetF1rst directly to schedule an appointment at a location near you and choose the option that is most convenient for you.
How do I best care for my Poiché Milano products to ensure their longevity?
We recommend treating your leather products regularly with our care products and storing them in a well-ventilated room. Allow the shoes to rest for 1-2 days every now and then to ensure the leather is optimally preserved.
